Agile Bridge is looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer who is energetic, pro-active with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate must have strong software, communication and technical skills.

 

Key Accountabilities

• Successful develop, delivery maintain high-quality software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)

• Contribute to quality activities, incl. peer reviews of estimates, designs and code

• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches

• Be an active and enthusiastic team player. Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments.

• Proven experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies

• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Maintain relevant documentation to describe logic, coding/configuration, testing and changes where applicable.

• Continuously strive to make improvements to the existing products and/or systems and services.

 

Requirements Essential:

• 3-5 years of professional or other practical experience

• Experience in the following technologies:

                        • C# .Net, Java, HTML and Javascript

                        • C# .NET 4 and later

• ASP.NET MVC

• Web services (RESTful or WCF)

• Entity Framework, NHibernate or other ORM

• Unit testing

• RDBMS (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle)

• Report writing (SSRS or Crystal Reports)

• Visual Studio 2012,2013,2015 or later

• Single Page Application (Angular, React)

 

Beneficial

• Experience in working with Agile Teams and successfully delivering Agile based software projects (including attending daily scrums, Kanban boards)

• Experience working with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Automated Build Servers, Azure DevOps

. Agile Bridge is looking for an Associate Software Engineer who is energetic, pro-active with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate must have strong software, communication and technical skills.

This is an entry-level role and is reserved for individuals who may have recently graduated or are joining with minimal work experience. With time, a Software Engineer will learn how to work with good coding principles on a project, as well as how to work with stakeholders, business analysts, clients and product owners. In this role, you will also learn how systems are tested and deployed to go live. During the time as a Junior Developer, you will focus on learning the practical implementation of your knowledge base and various paths you can follow in the software development industry.

Key Accountabilities

• Complete all required training and mentoring sessions

• Develop, deliver, maintain and implement high-quality technical software solutions • Look to increase both technical ability and domain knowledge through active participation in the project development life cycle.

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/ Scrum Master to join our dynamic team!

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are planned, managed, and delivered within allowed time frame and budget according to Agile development methodology.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Enable and encourage development teams by building and motivating team members to meet sprint goals, adhering to their responsibilities and delivering quality solutions.
  • Training, coaching and guidance to teams internal and external in the use of agile practices and to support product owners.
  • Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews including demos, and retrospectives for each project.
  • Manage all aspects of projects across development teams to ensure that all projects are aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Create and maintain timely reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Be able to measure and report success in achieving sprint goals. (burn up, burn down or other agreed-upon metrics). Setup tools that help the team with daily work and for managing team activities. Also measured by how well these items are communicated to interested stakeholders.
  • Weekly checking and authorising of timesheets. Experience in Harvest will be an advantage.
  • Project management and coordination of projects on time, within scope and budget through close collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Reporting to management with standardised project health and status updates on projects.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience within an Agile development environment as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.
  • Must have in-depth understanding of all the Agile roles & principles in order to work well together with the team and stakeholders.
  • Experience in roles of Business analyst, Product owner will be to your advantage
  • University degree,college diploma in the Field of Project Management
  • Qualification PMBOK, PRINCE2 or experience working in a PMO will be to your advantage.
  • Valid Certified Agile Scrum Master will be advantage.
  • Experienced in the following technologies:
  • Jira, Confluence.
  • Azure boards (Part of Azure DevOps).
  • A solid understanding of Kanban board and recognised ticketing systems to manage projects.

At the Always Compute team, our mission is to ensure business information-systems continuity for our clients.  A software support developer is responsible for providing support to our clients, maintaining existing software, staying aware of our clients’ systems status and keeping the knowledge base relevant.

An excellent Software Support Developer has good technical knowledge, the ability to write and read code and effective communication skills and good customer interaction skills.
